Were looking for a Talent Advisor who can partner with our venue leaders, source exceptional talent, build strong relationships, and represent the LUCAS brand with confidence and care.*The role involves full-time hours at our CBD office*The Ideal Candidate:1+ years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentAbility to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leadersA friendly, professional phone mannerStrong admin and coordination skillsExperience booking interviews and managing calendarsAdaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a teamClear communicator with great presentationHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of urgencyWorking with LUCAS Restaurants:People are at the core of our success.
