Theyre seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join the team during this exciting transformation phase.Reporting initially to the Programme Manager, this role offers the chance to work across multiple data streams and contribute to meaningful projects that support people and communities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport data extraction and migration from various source systemsCollaborate with business leads on data validation and reconciliation tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrityDefine and design reports with business analysts and stakeholders, ensuring the right data sources are in placeStay updated on Workday reporting enhancements and implement improvements where relevantDevelop, maintain, and update reports within WorkdaySupport good data governance practices, especially relating to report creation and data qualityAbout YouTo succeed in this role, youll bring a strong mix of technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
