You will work closely with global and local marketing teams to design, develop, and execute impactful brand and partner campaigns and initiatives. This position ensures a consistent brand experience by overseeing marketing campaigns that strengthen our connection to business and community, engage diverse audiences, and increase brand awareness. Additionally, you will ensure all activities adhere to our brand guidelines. As a leader, you will mentor and support a small team, fostering their growth and development.As a key player in our marketing team, you will bring your expertise to the forefront by excelling in the following areas:Industry Expertise: Leverage your proven experience as a Brand and Partnership Manager in a related industry or with a nationally recognised brandLeadership Excellence: Be a collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve strategic marketing and brand goalsRelationship Building: Excel at developing meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsCommunication Mastery: Utilise excellent presentation skills and well-developed written and verbal communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectivelyTailored Messaging: Craft customised messaging for diverse audiences and product solutions with precisionEvent Management: Lead the planning and management of events and conferences to enhance brand presence and engagementEssential to this role are strong interpersonal skills, along with a dedication to providing a positive experience for all stakeholders.
