And it''s not just about analysis - it''s about communication too. Through data visualisation, you''ll transform intricate data into a form that''s easily understandable, enabling informed decision-making across various sectors of our business.Our pursuit of data-driven insights is about more than just numbers. It''s about ensuring our business practices align with the needs and wants of our customers. Whether it''s optimising our supply chain or enhancing our product offerings, your work will have a direct impact on the people who matter most - our customers.What does the role look like?Act as the principal point of contact for National Data Analytics, overseeing use case evaluation and prioritisation while collaborating with stakeholders to align project scopes with business needs, mentoring junior team members, and presenting to senior management as required.Drive the rollout and adoption of Data & Analytics products, through strong technical and financial oversight to optimise resource allocation against financial portfolio targets.Collaborate with the International Data Analytics team on governance frameworks, formulating and advocating for strategic recommendations to facilitate local rollout and transition initiatives as necessary.Translate technical specifications and requirements into demands, products, governance, frameworks, sprints and broader deliverables to rollout in partnership with non-technical senior management audiences.What do we need from youWhat do we need from you?Demonstrated experience communicating, collaborating and presenting to senior management stakeholdersExperience in applying agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, and conducting daily stand-upsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification highly regardedExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to relevant business stakeholdersAbility to manage conflicting viewpoints and make strategic recommendations based on data analysis in a respectable mannerStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to optimise data & analytics use cases against financial and strategic targetsAbility to mentor junior members of the team in portfolio management, serving as 2IC to the Senior Executive Manager where neededStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resultsAbility to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.What''s in it for you?Enjoy 5 weeks annual leave for pursuing your passions outside of work.Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work options.Support during lifes most important moments including paid parental leave, including superannuation on parental leave.Complimentary access to free physiotherapy to treat non-work related aches, pains or niggles.Work with a company who has been recognised as an Employer of Choice every year since 2018 - 2024.Access to wellness programs such as discounted gym memberships, discounted health insurance and much more!RemunerationTransparent tiered salary range of $159,800 - $191,500 including SuperannuationReady to embark on a good different career?
