The Parklife Metro (PLM) consortium, comprising Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild, is delivering the Stations, Systems, Trains, and Operations & Maintenance (SSTOM) package for the Sydney Metro-Western Sydney Airport project.RDWSA will operate and maintain 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills for 15 years post-operation.About The RoleThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about contributing to a positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle on a major project. Youll work closely with the wider P&C team to deliver initiatives in recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, industrial relations, and more.
