Youll be trained on the job, and no prior experience with fibre or electronics is required just a steady hand, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual winding of ultra-fine material using camera-guided assembly stationsFollow detailed work instructions with consistency and accuracyOperate standing for long periods (up to 7 hours per shift) in a production environmentMaintain quality and safety standards while contributing to a clean and efficient workspaceCollaborate with team leads to support continuous improvement in processesIdeal BackgroundsExperience in assembly, electronics, lab, medical devices, or cleanroom workPrevious work involving fine motor tasks under a camera or microscopeStable, hands-on work history (e.g. production, packaging, assembly lines, etc.)Physically fit and capable of standing while working for long durationsWere Looking for Someone WhoHas excellent focus and manual precisionCan reliably follow step-by-step instructionsIs reliable, punctual, and works well in a teamEnjoys repetitive, process-driven work in a fast-paced environmentIs looking to grow within a structured, stable company in the tech manufacturing spaceThis is a great opportunity to break into the high-tech manufacturing sector.
