As an Outlet Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining high standards of customer serviceSupport the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsManage and motivate staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsEnsure proper inventory management and stock controlHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environmentAssist in financial management tasks, including cash handling and reportingImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsStep in for the Outlet Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operationsQualifications2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in an assistant manager roleProven track record of driving sales and delivering excellent customer serviceStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectivelyProficiency in retail management software and Point of Sale (POS) systemsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferredIn-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service best practicesExperience in inventory management and loss preventionFlexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
