Career growth within the McNab Group has opened up a role for an experienced and strategic Construction Manager to lead one of our commercial project delivery teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple projects, mentor and empower a team of Project Managers, and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional outcomes through your project teams when it comes to planning and delivery, ensuring your area meets the McNab standards of safety, quality, leadership and client satisfaction.This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and operational growth by working closely with our pre-contracts team to identify and support new project opportunities. Youll work across a diverse range of exciting projects and be part of a team that values strong relationships, commercial thinking, and delivering certainty in everything we do.About youTertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).Previous experience in a similar role working for a commercial builder, including leadership of project teams.Proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of complex construction projects, from planning to completion.Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and commercial risk.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills people gravitate to you in the industry.High-level understanding of WHS, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.About McNabMcNab is one of the largest Construction, Development and Property groups in Australia, with turnover now exceeding $1bn each year.
