We seek the best talent and help you grow.We are looking for a talented Technician Electrical to join our Power Generation team in Townsville.Responsibilities include:Completing diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on power generation products in a service workshop with limited supervision.Applying documented procedures and policies for complex repairs.Assembling and reassembling power generation units, identifying and preparing parts and tools.Performing preventative maintenance based on assessments.Assisting Level III Technicians with diagnostics and repair plans.Completing documentation such as work reports, timesheets, and quality records.Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and reporting issues.Qualifications:Trade qualified Electrician.Full Driver''s license.Willingness to upskill with Cummins product training.Strong diagnostic skills and IT capabilities.Experience working in a code of conduct environment.Safety-first mindset.Preferred Education and Certifications:Apprentice Trained Power Generation/Electrical Technician.Vocational diploma from a technical institution.Current electrical certification.Valid local driving permit (preferred).This position may require licensing for export compliance.Experience:Intermediate knowledge of power generation products, high/low voltage experience.Additional Details:Job Type: Technician, Full-time, Hybrid role.Location: Townsville, Queensland, Australia.ReqID: 2415673.Relocation package provided.Seniority level: Entry levelIndustries: ManufacturingReferrals can increase your chances of interview success.
