You will forge new relationships and business as you develop, acquire, and maintain partnerships to achieve customer acquisition and business growth. This role is expected to be hands on, working with teams across the business to coach bankers and facilitate ongoing corporate partnership engagement.Youll be playing a critical role in achieving Westpac Groups purpose to create better futures together through your business development and relationship management within Consumer and Business Banking. Youll onboard and manage strategic corporate partnerships to drive 1st party acquisition in mortgage growth with a holistic value proposition through employees and members of our partners.What do I need?A proactive approach to your own and subscribed business networking activities to identify new partner opportunities will be important. You will be tasked with building strong relationships as a trusted partner whilst strengthening your connection with our internal stakeholders.Ability to attract new business opportunities and relationship management are a must-have.Customer centric & Mortgage Lending knowledge is highly regarded - Youll be using those to grow our 1st Party Mortgage & empowering the broader team to grow and drive partnership value.Experience presenting and communicating directly to a key decision maker at the senior executive levels (CEO, CFO, Head of HR/Benefits).Having the versatility to present to large groups onsite or through virtual methods, you can engage and influence the target audience with ease.At the end of the day, its that passion for people thatll really help you succeed and a drive to help our business.Why join us?As well as job flexibility and the financial benefits for being part of the Westpac Group, youll have training opportunities so your career can grow as you do.
