Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$60.00/hr - A$65.00/hrDirect message the job poster from Reo GroupBusiness Lead at Reo Group | Contract Recruitment expert for Qualified Accounting & Finance roles in NSW | Passionate about building connections andLocation: Western Sydney, NSWSalary Package: $60ph-$65phRole Highlights:Great opportunity to drive business outcomes by designing detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and data models to track performance and guide strategic decision-making.Opportunity to partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support key initiatives across multiple projects.Role OverviewReporting into Executive Manager, this Finance Analyst will be responsible for driving and supporting successful business outcomes through the development of detailed analytical reports, dashboards and be responsible for creating and Implementing data models that provided clear visibility into performance metrics.You will need to leveraged complex data sets to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations, enabling leaders to make informed business decisions.Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you will need to identified improvement opportunities, implemented strategies to enhance operational efficiency to support the delivery of key business initiatives while serving as a technical expert, contributing to multiple projects, ensuring timely deployment of new applications, and maintaining compliance with the organisations policies, procedures, and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop detailed analytical reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business performance metrics.Manipulate and interpret complex data sets to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.Build and maintain analytical data sets to monitor and drive improvements in business performance.Serve as a technical expert, providing analytical support across multiple departments.Leverage analytics to inform and influence strategic, value-driven business decisions.Lead and contribute to multiple projects, ensuring effective and timely delivery of business solutions.Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new applications to meet business needs.Conduct investigations, develop reports, and present findings with recommendations to improve business processes and operational efficiency.Candidate ProfileIn order to be successful in this role you will need:Atleast 3 years of experience in an analyst roleWorked in complex businesses where you have an understanding of costs analysis and FTECA/CPA qualification is preferredStakeholder management experience and good communication skillsCulture & BenefitsSupportive team environment with lots of growth opportunities as the business growApplyIf this sounds like you, please send your resume by clicking the "apply" link below.
