With exponential growth already underway, and a significant pipeline of infrastructure projects on the horizon, our Supply Chain Services teams have never been more crucial in equipping our people with the resources to deliver to our strategy.Our Warehouse & Logistics team has recently undergone an expansion, resulting in the creation of several new roles to support our increasing inventory to support upcoming infrastructure projects. As theTeam Leader Logistics Control Tower, youll play a pivotal role in the strategic development of our Logistics Control Tower functions.What you''ll bring:Degree level qualification or a lesser qualification coupled with extensive experience in distribution operationsYoull be an experienced logistics leader with a strong background in supply chain planning, freight operations, and distribution centre management. Your will have previous experience with project managementparticularly in large-scale construction and maintenance environments. You bring a strategic mindset and a passion for process optimisation, backed by hands-on experience with advanced logistics systems as well as SAP experience, particularly within the Warehouse Management (WM) module.What sets you apart is your ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes. Youre an exceptional communicator and negotiator, with proven stakeholder management skills that allow you to engage confidently with senior leaders, project teams, and external partners.
