The Supply & Demand Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the Supply & Demand Planning process at the Operating Company/BU level. They manage and coordinate the OpCos/BU Supply & Demand Planning functions and focus on deploying Nutreco''s standards across the organization, driving continuous improvement in the Supply Planning Process toward IBP maturity level 3.This role acts as the link with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Formulation, Supply Chain teams, and suppliers, including global supply points. The manager oversees the IBP process, leading the cycle to meet business requirements and ensuring demand fulfillment aligns with customer specifications and company targets.The position involves supervising planning teams, managing supply and demand strategies, and leading the monthly IBP cycle for a horizon of at least 15 months. The manager ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.Key responsibilities include developing supply and demand strategies, managing integrated planning processes, supervising supply and customer service functions, and optimizing inventory and working capital. The role requires collaboration across functions, leadership in process maturity, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Qualifications include a university degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in demand, supply, and IBP planning within the animal feed industry or similar sectors, and proficiency with ERP systems (preferably Infor M3) and MS Office.
