Our 3,000-strong global team is proud of the innovative solutions we provide and our commitment to being carbon neutral by 2030.You''ll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 professions and trades.What''s the Role:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales, margins, and growth of Bradken Mineral Processing sales in your region, aligned with our vision, mission, values, and KPIs.Your approach to customer engagement and business development will be multifaceted. Regular customer visits are essential to cultivate prospects and maintain satisfaction. You will develop a Customer Engagement Plan for each client via Salesforce.You will analyze market position, report on performance against budgets and benchmarks, and contribute to regional growth plans. You will assist in sales budget preparation and advise on market changes and future needs.Collaboration with manufacturing teams to identify sales opportunities through product and technical development is crucial.
