Reporting to the Creative Director, Design and Production team this role offers a blend of administrative and hands on tasks with the opportunity for continued growth within the company.As Social & Marketing Coordinator we are seeing a go getter who can bring previous experience as well as develop new skills in a helpful and collaborative team environment, flexible working arrangements but roughly 4 days a week!Ideal Requirements:Extensive experience in creating content including photography, editing and graphic design across all social mediums (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) we also have an in house Graphics Designer so overseeing creative as an alternative to physically creatingExperience in creating/directing or overseeing EDMsDigital Campaign knowledgeExperience in scheduling content for social media and online launchesExperience in online and brick-and-mortar retailGreat attention to detail with experience in copywritingExceptional communication and organisational skillsAdmin or Office support skilsProven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsEnthusiastic, warm and positive2+ years experience in social / digital marketingResponsibilities:Manage social media and marketing calendarCreate and produce original content in line with the brand aesthetic for use across social media, online and in storeLiaise with creative contractors, negotiate contracts and manage delivery of assetsImplement and manage social media advertising campaigns and reporting to the teamBuild social media strategies around key cultural and business events and product launchesCollaborate with the Creative Director to plan, produce and schedule regular content that effectively drives an increase in digital engagement and salesAssist in the creative planning and execution of major campaigns, promotions and product launchesAssist in planning and execution of eventsShoot and edit original content and ecommerce imagesProvide regular, insightful reporting on digital and social media deliverablesMaintain an understanding of current and future trends within the digital and social media spaceReply to customer messages on all digital platforms and social media outlets in a timely manner with excellent customer serviceMaintain in-depth and up to date knowledge of all Bambi Mini products and servicesApply a positive and proactive approach to customer service and problem solvingWork closely with all teams contributing positively to team culture.
