Youll ensure repairs, maintenance processes, and systems are effective, and compliance with contract KPIs is met. Working closely with national and port-based teams, youll play a key role in enhancing the capability and performance of our maritime assets.As an Engineering Officer in the DMSS team, youll make a positive impact by:Providing engineering support to site teams and stakeholdersParticipating in engineering working groups and technical discussionsManaging engineering change processes and related documentationManage corrective maintenance approvals and risk assessmentsConducting maintenance investigations and audits of maritime assetsPreparing scopes of work, risk assessments and cost estimatesContributing to key contract deliverables and reportingSerco is a place for youTo be successful in this role youll have:A Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a maritime or engineering disciplineAt least 10 years experience in Defence or Marine industryFamiliarity with vessel systems, structural design and stabilityKnowledge of Defence and Commercial vessel regulationsExperience with engineering investigations and asset change processesPlease note:This position carries trust and responsibility.
