Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.You will report directly to the General Manager BA Products Pacific, and you will work out of our Sydney office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a transformative impact on the company''s channel sales strategies and overall business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsIdentify and appoint suitable channel partnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidanceIdentify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutionsLead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account managementMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growthYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 6+ years of experience in Public Address account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growthStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersWE VALUEBachelor''s degree in business administration or related fieldProven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsStrong business acumen and understanding of market dynamicsWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
