We are committed to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve and inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected and connected.The RoleProvides progress, financial and statistical analysis on information required for the Energy Policy Business Plan, in collaboration with the Deputy DirectorGeneral, including data and analysis on performance indicators and statistics.Coordinates input to the Energy Policy Business Plan from across the Division and ensures the plan is completed and ready for submission.Supports the Deputy Director General in the provision of financial analysis, modelling and revenue/expenditure forecasting to support the division''s financialplanning process.Administers and prepares analysis and reports on the division''s key performance indicators including liaising directly with the corporate team if anyamendments to approved KPIs are required and represents the Division at KPI review meetings or audits.Provides ad hoc financial and performance reports and responds to queries and requests for advice and guidance as requiredDevelops strategic reports, analysis and presentations as required to support the delivery of the Deputy Director General?s functionsAssists management by representing the Division on various project committees or working groups as requiredBenefits working for DEMIRSFlexible working hours (with a standard 37.5 hour week)Flexible working arrangements (from home, the field and office)20 days of annual leave per year (which can be taken at half pay)17.5% leave loading paid annually on accrued annual leave15 days personal leave per year13 weeks long service leave every seven years (which can be taken at half pay)18 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months of service)3 public holidays in lieu per year5 days reproductive leave per year10 days disability leave per year5 days cultural leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people per yearAbility to purchase additional annual leaveOpportunities for professional development, acting, shadowing and mentoringFormal training optionsStable work, job security, fair remuneration and 11.5% superannuation contributionsInterested?
