Leading our busy Medical Oncology and Haematology Day Hospital, located at the Tennyson Centre, Kurralta Park, the primary purpose of the role is to provide the site with local leadership across the multidisciplinary team to ensure the daily provision of safe, efficient and quality medical oncology and haematology services. The Site Manager will also be required to drive strategic business initiatives and make a key contribution toward developing a high-performance culture that is in alignment with the vision and values of the organisation. The role will report to the State Manager with the direct responsibility of operational management of the site.In this full-time, permanent position, the Site Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of this busy centre, which provides comprehensive cancer care services including medical oncology, haematology and radiation oncology. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Reporting to the State Manager (SA), the Site Manager will oversee financial performance, human resources, and service delivery, while also contributing to the implementation of business initiatives aligned with Icons mission and values.
