We bring to our clients a specialised local knowledge, local networks, and a first-hand understanding of the Western Australian business community.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and driven Corporate Lawyer with 2 to 4 years PQE to join Lavan.As part of Lavan''s Deals team, you will work on a variety of complex transactions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that draws on expertise in public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, capital raisings, ASX Listing Rules & JORC compliance, commercial contracts, strategic board advice and corporate governance.Key responsibilities:Advise clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, capital raisings, FIRB, legal due diligence, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance, commercial contracts, corporate governance and regulatory matters.Work with equity funds, corporate advisors, boards and C suite executives.Work on complex domestic and cross border transactions and provide strategic advice to a diverse range of clients across a range of industries including mining & resources, construction & infrastructure, engineering services, technology, agriculture, manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, hospitality & tourism, aged care and not-for-profits.Gain exposure to ASX, NSX and Nasdaq matters.Collaborate with senior practitioners and partners from other practice areas to provide clients with integrated legal solutions.About youWe are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to take on various matters in a collaborative team.
