With over 590 properties around the world, our brands include: Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, HYATT, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House Hyatt Ziva, and Hyatt ZilaraThe RoleAs a bartender in RuCo Bar, you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage services to our guests in line with the guests needs and expectations.Working amongst your team, you will support the Food & Beverage team with the day to day operations of RuCo as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.Day to DayTo meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurantTo provide personalised service in intimate settingsTo be able to work in a dynamic teamHave exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skillsSuperior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a teamThe ability to create a positive first impressionThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidaysTo assist with other areas of Food & Beverage division as the business requiresQualificationsWhat we are looking for?Previous Food & Beverage experienced preferredA positive attitude for customer serviceMUST have an unrestricted working Visa for AustraliaMust have an Responsible Service of Alcohol for VictoriaBar skills are preferredBarista skills are preferredFlexible availability, preferably on Thursday, Friday and SaturdaysCultureWe believe hospitality isnt just a business, its a calling!
