The site currently manufactures more than 70 million litres a year including the state''s number one flavoured milk product - Masters!Reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, this role is to ensure all packaging functions are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner and for delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required.This role is a fixed night shift position based on a 38-hour week (4 x 9.5hr week) start time of 9pm, finishing 6:30am on alternating days with high focus on our daily end of production cleaning & sanitation operations. There will be weekend work required and working public holidays when required.ResponsibilitiesAccurate completion and recording of all quality, testing, and production-related documents.Working effectively and efficiently to reduce downtimeReporting safety incidents and maintenance requirementsEnsuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standardsAdhering to company safety and quality policies and proceduresAbout youExperience in a manufacturing /warehouse environmentPositive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learnBasic computer literacy skillsProblem Solving SkillsForklift Licence - Good to have.The Bega StoryBega Cheese Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
