The Business A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Infrastructure (NSW) Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). From transmission lines and substations to communications solutions and renewable energy, were proud to design, construct, and maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps Australia moving forward. The Role The role is to champion financial responsibility within the assigned Project, coordinate and manage the Finance and Accounting operations. You will be a motivated and organised professional to support the business in the success of the day-to-day operations, in a fast past environment where no two days are the same. You will analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to ascertain current accounting needs and project future revenues and expenses. Prepare month-end close procedures and reports, fixed assets, and depreciation schedule. You will manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle across the Project. This includes working closely with senior leadership to ensure that financial plans align with strategic objectives and that decision-makers are equipped with timely, accurate, and forward-looking financial insights Essential Criteria Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or relevant At least 3 years of accountancy/finance experience within a financial management role Demonstrated experience in managing high performance teams Demonstrated Project Management experience Strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate, schedule, and plan Proactively focused on system and reporting improvements The Benefits The successful candidate will benefit from access to our Employee Assistance Program, career development, growth opportunities and competitive remuneration.
