Our mission is to re-define and repair.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full-time position.Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, while significantly impacting the day-to-day operations of the site. This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group.Role responsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, in line with AMA and Work Provider quality standards.Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions with clients and work providers.Profit and Loss, Reporting, and Administration: Ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools to understand performance.Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing levels and processes on site.
