About the Role There is currently an opportunity for a qualified psychiatrist to join the experienced team at Maitland Private Hospitals Barrington Clinic. Working as part of a team of committed, experienced, and supportive mental health specialists, the successful candidate will join our VMO Psychiatrists in providing outcomes focused, patient-centered care for the Maitland community. The role will primarily support our in-patient service, as our hospital continues growth following the recent expansion of the facility. The Barrington Clinics team includes an extensive suite of Allied Health Professionals, psychologists, nursing staff, full time medical officer coverage, and after-hours intensive care support. The role also includes private practice opportunities should they be of interest, in which the hospital provides clerical staff support and consulting rooms at no additional cost.
