As General Manager of Tailor-Made, youll lead the strategy, growth, and innovation, and partner with the technology team to identify and design the technology solutions to scale our tailor-made business.This is a rare opportunity to step into an entrepreneurial leadership role within a global brandone where you can shape a long-term vision, build a scalable business model, and deliver outstanding customer and commercial outcomes, all while staying true to Intrepids values and purpose-driven DNA.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Melbourne or London, on a hybrid basis, and will require some travel to our regional and global destinations (~10%).Some of the experience youll bring with you may include:10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with proven commercial leadershipStrategic leadership experience in FIT, bespoke, premium, or private travel modelsA strong track record in scaling new business and launching into new global marketsA creative, ambitious, and innovative mindset, paired with a sharp commercial and operational focusyou bring big ideas and the drive to deliver themThe ability to zoom out to define the vision and strategy, and zoom in to be hands-on in making it happenOur people reflect the diversity of our customers and the communities we visit:Intrepid is made up of 58 nationalities across 46 countries, and we recognize that diversity makes us a stronger business.
