Collaborates with care teams within Summa Health Medical Group to deliver patient-centered care. Must be adaptable to daily operations, interpret instructions accurately, and work professionally in a medical office setting. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; applicants with an Associates degree must obtain BSN within three years of employment. Licensing: Current Ohio RN license. Experience: At least 1 year of clinical patient care experience. Additional experience may be required for specific practices. Certifications: CPR certification required. Skills: Knowledge of nursing theory, proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR, familiarity with medical equipment, excellent communication, ability to handle bodily fluids, and react calmly in emergencies. Other: Maintain HIPAA confidentiality, pass yearly skill competencies, and travel between locations as needed. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $31.51 - $37.81.
