As CFO, you will shape and execute a financial strategy that supports innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth.You''ll work closely with the CEO and Board to drive high-impact initiatives including fundraising, commercial partnerships, international expansion, and product development. This is a rare opportunity to make a strategic impact in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment.What You''ll DoLead financial planning, capital strategy, budgeting, and investor reportingDrive strategic financial initiatives to support growth, market expansion, and commercial successProvide forward-looking insights to guide decision-making across the executive and operational teamsEvaluate investment opportunities, pricing models, and business cases with commercial rigorOversee global financial operations, including compliance, reporting, risk management, and taxRepresent the finance function in Board meetings, investor forums, and strategic negotiationsMentor and lead a high-performing, finance team with a culture of agility and accountabilityManage external relationships with business advisors and partnersRequirementsCA or CPA qualified, with 10-15 years of senior finance leadership experienceBackground in technology, automotive, manufacturing, or innovation-driven sectorsProven success in scaling operations, capital raising, M&A, and managing cross-border financeDeep knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, compliance, and financial modellingAbility to influence executive stakeholders and translate financial insights into commercial outcomesStrong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing geographically dispersed teamsExecutive presence, commercial acumen, and a hands-on, outcomes-focused approachExperience in high-growth or scale-up environments (desirable)Exposure to global expansion, international finance setup, or tech commercialisation is a plusBenefitsAs a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you''ll have the opportunity to shape the financial and strategic future of a globally scaling technology business.
