Live your best work/life in a respectful environment that values your safety, wellbeing and the contribution you make.The RoleAs a Schedule and Roster Coordinator your focus will be to maximise the clients wellbeing in their home, the clients experience with our staff, and our staffs experience providing care to those at home. Youll achieve this through:Effective management, scheduling and allocation of our direct care workforce who provide in home support and care to clients within the regionBuilding the capability of the direct care workforce to ensure the delivery of excellent care and services to our clientsRoster all client services in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner to ensure client satisfactionWorking collaboratively with the senior staff and other regional team membersMaintain client and employee electronic records, maintaining regular contact with the regional teams and Specialist Support team to ensure accuracy of informationSeek and respond to client feedback and queries to deliver exceptional customer service to Benetas ClientsAssist with the recruitment, onboarding and retention of the direct care workforceAbout you:Experience in rostering/schedulingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positionsProven methods for staying organised and problem solvingStrategies for engaging with and building capability of a remote workforceQualifications in aged care, disability, community development, administration or leadership are highly desirable, as well as experience in aged careAbility to provide or obtain a suitability police check outcomeWhy Benetas?Join us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care.
