Angourie Resort is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, only 1.5 hours from Byron Bay and Coffs Harbour.What youll do:Reporting to the Resort General Manager, you will lead the Food and Beverage Team across multiple facilities and events to deliver an exceptional experience for all team members and guests. You will play a key role in designing and executing the Food & Beverage product and guest experience within the resort. Responsibilities include:Ensure the Food and Beverage Department provides a memorable guest dining experience, aiming for rave reviews and repeat business.Collaborate professionally with the Head Chef, Resort Management, and Sales & Events Team to create industry-leading outlets and functions.Create and maintain a positive, dynamic working culture that fosters exceptional quality moments.You will also:Complete rosters to meet the demands of the resorts operations and business hours, managing departmental wage costs and event BEOs.Place orders with suppliers according to business needs.Set up conference rooms and follow the C&E sequence of service.Maintain communication with the Resort Manager to ensure positive outcomes for all business needs.Conduct regular team meetings to align staff with upcoming operations and Food & Beverage strategies.Manage risks and hazards promptly to ensure a safe working environment.Comply with Food Safety laws and legislation to ensure guest safety.Ensure all team members adhere to responsible service of alcohol regulations.Manage the Responsible Service of Alcohol certification register.What youll bring:Previous management or senior experience in a Food and Beverage department within a hotel, resort, or restaurant that caters to large events.Refined and authentic communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proven experience in enhancing guest experience and conflict resolution.A readiness to embrace a role where no two days are the same!Hands-on experience leading and mentoring teams to success.Whats in it for you?At Parks & Resorts, we offer more than just discounts.
