Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with two Distribution Outlets and 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail Stores in Northern Queensland. We have a Warehouse Supervisor position available within our close knit and energetic team at our Hartley Street Depot.Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for:Providing technical lubricant support to customers.Promotion and sales marketing of lubricants.Managing stock control.Directing daily operations of the Lubricant Warehouse and deliveries.The lube store is open to customers Monday Friday 08.30am to 5.00pmWe are seeking a vibrant and energetic supervisor who can provide a high standard of leadership and customer service.The successful candidate will also ensure the compliance with all regulations, maintain the depot and associated vehicles and equipment to company standards, keep stock variances low, explore avenues to increase sales and maintain customer relationships.The Successful Applicant:Knowledge and understanding of warehouse inventory managementKnowledge and understanding of quality systemsAdvanced computer literacyPrevious use of Microsoft Navision would be an advantage2-3 years experience in Oil sales or related industry (ML1)(Transport, Earth moving, Marine) or similar demonstrated experience would be an advantage.Proactive approach to problem solvingEnergy and enthusiasmAbility to work collaboratively with team members, internal and external customers to accomplish organizational goalsEffective written and interpersonal communication skillsSound EH&S and Quality knowledge and experiencePLEASE APPLY!Please send a detailed resume and cover letter addressing the key criteria and providing examples that demonstrate your ability to perform the role described above.Rewards and Benefits:Base salary + superannuation + staff discountsPositive working cultureSafe working environmentPlease apply directly, no applications will be received through recruitment agencies.No calls from agencies please. #J-18808-Ljbffr
