In this Level 4 role, you will provide advanced clinical expertise, mentorship, and operational leadership across a diverse caseload, supporting acute services.What You''ll Be DoingThe Team Leader is responsible for the leadership, guidance and line management of the Acute Care team in collaboration with their manager.They provide clinical supervision and support and clinical expertise within occupational therapy services for the delivery of safe, timely, compassionate and high quality person-centered care. They are involved in planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on services. Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
