The primary responsibility of this role is to own our onboarding processes for new brokers and franchisees, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience while also contributing to broader initiatives and processes across the business.Were looking for someone who thrives on creating structured, repeatable processes and enjoys working closely with people to ensure they feel confident, informed, and supported from day one. Youll be organised and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping stakeholders aligned. A strong sense of accountability, a solutions-focused mindset, and an eye for continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role.Key responsibilities include:Be the custodian of multiple processes for new franchisees and their teams including onboarding, lender accreditations, agreement renewals and offboardingWork with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and provide a positive experienceCommunicate frequently to key stakeholders to keep them informed on progressSupport the operations team with rolling out key strategic projects and ad hoc admin dutiesAbout youWere looking for someone who thrives on creating structured, repeatable processes and enjoys working closely with people to ensure they feel confident, informed, and supported from day one.
