About the role This role offers a great deal of variety and involves assisting with day-to-day office tasks, including taking calls from clients/patients, occupational therapists, case managers, and trades-based businesses who install medical equipment. Managing phone calls from therapists, case managers, clients, and tradespeople. Producing weekly reports detailing outstanding jobs. Maintaining accurate records in MYOB, producing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments. Performing other office and administrative duties needed to support the business.
