ContractLocation: Perth, WAWe are looking for a Program Coordinator to join the TASTELIFE team in our Perth Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a 12-month Casual Contract, 16 hours per week to cover Parental Leave.Description:Our team members nourish the bodies and minds of thousands of people every day through food and support services focused on health and wellbeing. Creating bonds and connections between people and communities across Australia, Compass Groups corporate footprint is designed for people, the planet, and communities in which we work to thrive now and long into the future.The Program Coordinator role is designed to provide support in the planning, execution, and management of the Tastelife Calendar and associated health promotion, wellbeing collateral, and activations, with a strong focus on community engagement, health education, and positive behaviour change.This person will be responsible for creating and managing collateral, merchandise, activations, and initiatives that enhance the Tastelife program''s impact. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills, an understanding of health and wellness, and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.THE PERSON:Skills in Adobe Suite and MS SuitePreferred previous experience in food service and allergy managementProven capability in developing, delivering, and evaluating community engagement projectsInterest in community engagement, health and wellness, and social impact initiativesAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environmentProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong attention to detailFamiliarity with event management, marketing, and community engagement best practicesAbility to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
