This role requires the application ofskills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or previous experience and involvessupervising various functions within the work area. The Client Regional Coordinators areresponsible for the performance and compliance of their allocated region, contributing to thedevelopment of work methods and setting outcomes.Requirements1. Education & Experience:4-year degree + 1 year relevant experience, or3-year degree + 2 years relevant experience, or2. Work Experience:Minimum 2 years as a team leader or in a support management role within the NDIS sector3. NDIS Knowledge:Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and related organisational policies4. Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilitiesLeadership and team management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools5. Specialist Expertise:Ability to provide expert advice and supervise complex activities or functions6.
