We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and align with participant interests. We meet participants in their community settings to work on transferable skills that shape their everyday lives.Start and end each day knowing you''re part of an organization at the forefront of service delivery in an NDIS environment, doing something truly impactful.QualificationsWhat you bring:Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy.Full registration with AHPRA.Current drivers license, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km), and willingness to travel across your local community.NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment.NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality, Safety and You certificate.
