We support students from around the world in studying, working, and living in Australia.Position Overview:We seek a proactive, relationship-driven professional to serve as the Corporate Relationship Manager, focusing on Business Development for corporate partnerships and student placements. This role is vital for strengthening industry ties, fostering growth, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for connecting education with industry.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders to expand placement options for students. Represent the college at external meetings, expos, and industry events to boost visibility and credibility.Corporate Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and government bodies to facilitate student internships and employment. Incorporate industry input into academic programs and develop advisory boards, guest lectures, and mentorship initiatives.Placements & Career Services: Source internship, apprenticeship, and job opportunities for students and graduates. Organize recruitment events, industry panels, and workshops. Advise students on career planning, resumes, and interview skills.Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or placements.Proactive attitude with skills in closing deals and securing contracts; prior sales experience is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel as needed for partnerships.
