You will be a compassionate, proactive and outgoing person, who has strong communication skills, events and partnership experience. We seek to treat all people with respect, serve our listeners and community well and reveal Jesus Christ to the world, pointing to Him as the source of hope.The role involves:Planning, organising and implementing events, campaigns and promotionsDevelopment and oversight of initiatives that give back to the communitySourcing of campaign incentivesProp preparation, permit applications and risk managementLiaison with stakeholders including social media promotional postsResponsible for the management and development of the promotions teamAssisting with other internal events as requiredSelection Criteria:A genuine passion for the purpose and potential of the organisationDemonstration of Hopes values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All InWillingness to work outside of normal hoursTertiary or diploma level Event Management qualification (desirable) or equivalent experienceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to build strong partnerships with not-for-profit, for-profit, and community organisations to deliver social impactExperience developing and managing formal agreements, such as MOUs or contracts, that benefit all partiesExperience in managing partnerships, from planning to reviewOrganisational skills and the ability to prioritise according to deadlinesDemonstrated experience with CRMs, Wordpress, MS Office products, Adobe creative products, and basic audio and video editing skillsThis is the opportunity youve been waiting for!
