Today, we employ 120+ employees across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions, who provide person-centred support services to over 400 participants in Aged Care (CHSP), Community Care and Accommodation (NDIS), Support Coordination (NDIS), and Allied Health (CHSP and NDIS).CriteriaGraduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA RegistrationAdaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders and staff membersGenuine empathy, kindness and passion towards helping people achieve their goals of independenceExperience supervising and leading a team with achieving KPIs and clinical excellenceDemonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks and billable targetsDemonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reportsDriver Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and COVID-19 Vaccination x two.ApplyWe encourage all eligible candidates to apply.
