Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts to meet client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM system. Achieve or surpass defined sales targets and growth KPIs. The Successful Applicant Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in transport, logistics, or related industrial services. Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales dynamics. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel within the region.
