About the roleWe are experiencing rapid growth and seeking an additional Migration Agent Assistant to add value to our team. The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients. Assist clients worldwide with Australian and international immigration issues, including visa options, eligibility, and application merits. Support experienced Registered Migration Agents with application form drafting, preparation, and lodgement. Liaise with employers, skill assessment agencies, state sponsoring bodies, DIBP, and migration review tribunals. Develop new and existing client relationships and participate in business development activities. Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Maintain up-to-date and accurate reports. Engage in career growth and development through proper training and guidance. Keep comprehensive records of clients in the CRM system. Be open to taking on various opportunities and ad-hoc duties as required. Lead marketing events, including webinars and expos, as guided by management. Skills and attributes Strong relationship-building and management skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Highly organized. Extensive knowledge of Migration Law. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy. *Prior Migration Agent Assistant or Migration Counseling experience of more than one year in migration consultancy is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
