Role Overview The Planned Giving Coordinator is responsible for the growth, retention, and management of the Gifts in Wills (Bequests) program. Your Responsibilities Identify and acquire prospective bequestors Build relationships through personalized engagement Retain supporters via stewardship and ongoing communication Coordinate donor meetings, events, and legacy initiatives Process and administer confirmed bequests Ensure the sustainability of the Societys future through effective planned giving programs About You A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or Fundraising 3+ years in legacy fundraising, planned giving, and donor cultivation within the nonprofit sector Experience in supporter journeys, legacy marketing, and stewardship programs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging mature supporters and families Strong organizational and project management skills Why Work With Us?
