We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for a casual role between 2-4 days per week. This junior role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a dynamic team. Our Studio hours: Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm Friday: 8am to 12pm The successful candidate will: Have previous experience working in a customer service role Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally Have an eye for detail Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks Be self-motivated, a good problem solver, and adaptable Have a positive, can-do attitude Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient, and reliable Key tasks include: Picking, packing, and shipping online orders Collating, packing, and shipping wholesale orders Responding to enquiries for retail, wholesale, and trade customers via phone and email Processing customer returns and exchanges Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control, and inventory checks Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales Maintaining a clean and safe workplace Performing general administrative duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
