Your work will help uphold the values of the organisation and promote safe, accountable, and ethical workplace and learning environments.We are looking for someone with:Experience conducting investigations in a public sector, regulatory or compliance setting.Strong analytical and communication skills.Sound judgement and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential matters.A commitment to upholding integrity, ethical conduct and child safety in alignment with public expectations and legislative requirements.The successful applicant for this position will initially be a key member of the newly established Early Resolution Team, which is an initiative focused on the timely prioritisation and risk assessment of matters approved for discipline investigation and early resolution of less complex matters to reduce investigation timeframes and minimise the impact of the disciplinary process on those affected by or subject to complaints.
