In the coming months, we are thrilled to open our second 100-place centre in Maroochydore. As our community grows, we are seeking expressions of interest for centre-based leadership roles.About You: You are a confident, capable, and emotionally intelligent leader who embraces inclusive practice, champions play-based learning and strives for excellence in early childhood education. Youll lead your team with authenticity and visioncreating a welcoming space where children, families, and educators feel safe, respected, and valued.You Will Bring: creativity, compliance, and compassion to your leadershipand a commitment to building genuine relationships within our team and wider community.- An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), or ECT qualifications- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and relevant legislation and policies- A current Working with Children Check and Child Protection certification- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training- Minimum 2-years demonstrated leadership experience in early learning settings- A deep knowledge of child development and inclusive, evidence-based best practices- Strong team building, interpersonal, and communication skills- A proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement- Exceptional organisational skills and a relational, values-driven approachWhy Join Us?
