Our team creatively inspires businesses and each other to leverage technology and help clients seize the opportunity of a seamless world.Your Role:At CTS, we are committed to creating and building trusted business relationships.In the capacity as Casual AV Technician working in our Support team, you will be mainly working on:Liaising with the client to ensure their needs are met for ICT and AV requests;Provide concierge assistance with video conferencing / AV presentation room set up;AV systems for corporate events, conferences and broadcasts;Basic computer wireless network set up.Providing administrative technical support to the Operations teamProactive customer support including guest & visitor registration and technology concierge.Your Background:To be considered for this position, you will have the following:Strong presentation and customer service skills, ideally with a hospitality background.Tertiary/TAFE qualified with some experience in operating Audio, and Vision equipment.Well-developed time management skills with good availability for shifts and a focus on attention to detail.Easily able to collaborate and build trust with a varied range of key stakeholdersPurposeful and dedicated in implementing results-focused solutions.What do you get in return?Work mostly in office hours, Monday to Friday 7am-6pmExposure to leading edge technologies in the industry!The opportunity to work with a group of extremely talented & dedicated professionalsA collaborative and friendly corporate culture with a management team with vision and passion for growthDon''t just take our word for it, see more of what our staff have to say (Careers tab) and have a look at some of the big events you could lead at our website (www.ctsav.com.au).
