Assess Medical Group also offers services including independent medical examinations, expert witness opinions, and file reviews across different specialties.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will involve duties such as generating and paying invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data, and responding to stakeholders to resolve queries.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Generation of client invoicesPreparing vouchers for specialistsGenerating RCTI for doctors at month-endAssisting with reconciling Accounts ReceivableDebt collectionAssisting with account queriesAllocation of receiptsBank reconciliationPreparation of monthly paymentsAssisting with month-end processesProviding assistance to the Finance Team and participating in ad-hoc projects as requiredQualificationsTo be successful, the applicant will have:Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar roleExceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal skillsPrior experience with a full-function bookkeeping processStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsAbility to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externallyIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareExcellent time management and organizational skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organization with a terrific team environment where client focus, teamwork, and respect are key features.
