Role To be the right fit for this role, you will have growing experience in the telecommunications industry and unified communications, with competence across various UC technologies. Specifically, experience with UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom is essential, and you''re looking for your next big career step. This role offers opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will: Support and enhance UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customers Provide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and related technologies Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of UC issues Participate in occasional UC project work Success in this role requires: A passion for and growing understanding of telecommunications, especially Unified Communications Experience troubleshooting and performing changes in UCaaS solutions Knowledge of Zoom and/or Teams; experience with Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, and Avaya is a plus Understanding of technologies such as VMWare vCenter/ESXi, Networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking/Devices, Fax over IP (FoIP) A self-motivated, autonomous team player who values collaboration Results-focused and dedicated Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English Familiarity with Connectwise is advantageous but not required Our Values and Benefits We emphasize transparency, support, and recognition.
