This vital role supports the smooth and effective delivery of field technical services across the NSW region. Youll be the key point of coordination between customers and our Field Service Techniciansensuring high-quality service, clear communication, and operational excellence.This is more than an administrative roleits an opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, promote team success, and contribute to safe and inclusive service delivery every day.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily schedules and job allocation for field technicians to optimise efficiency and responsiveness.Act as the central communication link for the field teamhandling customer calls, job updates, and support queries with professionalism and empathy.Oversee customer onboarding including site-specific inductions and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to support technical queries, product demonstrations, and customer solutions.Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) regulations.Manage service records, customer warranties, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.Identify hazards, report incidents, and contribute actively to a culture of safety and wellbeing.About You:At Aptella, we value people from all backgrounds and experience levels who are aligned with our purpose and values.
